Registration for Theotokos 2025 opens September 1, 2024!

Even though you might not know your final numbers when you register, please give your best estimate for numbers of youth and adults you anticipate having in your group (must have 5 to 1 ratio for Safe Sanctuaries compliance). If you pay more deposits than you have final attendees, the extra deposits will be credited to your final balance.

There are two different retreat packages available for confirmation groups. Fees for the retreat program and lodging/meals is combined, so there is only one deposit payment ($50/person) and a final balance invoice. The two package options include:

• "All in One" Package:  $200/participant includes Confirmation Retreat program/supplies, 2 nights lodging, t-shirt, and 5 meals  
  • Saturday: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
  • Sunday: Breakfast, Lunch 

• “DIY Meals” Package: $175/participant includes Confirmation Retreat program/supplies, t-shirt, and 2 nights lodging. This option is only available for groups staying in retreat houses. 
  • (If interested in adding any meals, discuss with Karen Kluever AFTER you have registered. You'll be invoiced separately for the meals.)

• Register online, paying through PayPal or credit card, using the online Theotokos Registration Form linked below. A 2.5% credit card fee will be added.

• Complete and mail the 2-page PDF Theotokos Registration Form, linked below, WITH CHECK payable to Hinton Rural Life Center. 

• Email the PDF Theotokos Registration Form, linked below, to karen@hintoncenter.org and call Karen at 828-389-8336 to pay with credit card. A 2.5% credit card fee will be added.

DEPOSIT PAYMENT of $50/person must accompany registration. 

Registration is not complete – and “spots are not reserved” – until deposit received.  ·        

• Deposits are nonrefundable after January 15, 2025. (Overpaid deposits can be applied to balance.) 
• Your balance is determined based on the number of participants you provide in your Group Information Form, due February 1 for the first retreat weekend and February 15 for the remaining weekends. You'll be invoiced. 
• BALANCE IS DUE the Friday a week before your retreat and is nonrefundable after that date. 
• A $50 late fee will be added to balances not received by date due. Failure to pay balance on time may result in not being able to register for future retreats.
